Return Policy

All return merchandise requests must be authorized by CalMed Laboratories  before return shipment. CalMed Laboratories  Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be clearly marked on each shipping carton and on all shipping documents.

Please write or phone the Customer Service Department for authorization.

Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender freight collect.

Products not received at CalMed Laboratories  within 120 days from the invoice date are not returnable. Special order products and non-sterile products are not returnable.

There will be a 20% restocking charge on all returned products.

Full credit will be issued for any products shipped in error by CalMed Laboratories.

All returns must include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice.

Damaged Shipments

Thoroughly inspect damaged shipment at time of receipt, and note in detail the extent of the damage.

If possible, inspect the damaged products with the carrier at time of receipt. In all cases the carrier must be informed of the damaged shipment immediately.

CalMed Laboratories  must be notified of any discrepancies or damaged products, within 3 business days of receipt of shipment. x
